The Kitsilano Film Festival is participating with the Summer of Love Festival this year on 4th Avenue. And on August 15th, 2009 all of West 4th Avenue between Balsam and Burrard street will be closed to traffic. Three Stages will be spread out (I believe Zulu Records have talked about having a 4th stage outside their store). The Arbutus Stage outside of the Russian Community Center will be showcasing KFF affiliated musical acts.

A Muse Productions is pleased to announce that our short film 30-LOVE will have its world premiere at the Vancouver International Film Festival on Oct 8th and will air on BravoTV sometime in the new year!
30-LOVE stars dancers Delia Brett and Daelik (who are the dance company MachineNoisy), and recording artist Adrienne Pierce (who has had songs from her album Faultline featured on The L Word, Veronica Mars and Grey’s Anantomy). 30-LOVE is directed by Allison Beda, choreographed by Claire French (Restless Dance),scored by Leo award winning composer Teresa Connors (Dog Boy, How To Be A Model), edited by Lindsay Allikas (Just A Minute) and James Liston (ControlAltDelete) is the Cinematographer.
Currently, 30-LOVE is scheduled in the Canadian Images Programme of the Vancouver International Film Festival in the short program A Dérive
30-LOVE was produced with the assistance of BravoFact and The BC Arts Council.
